Mountains by George
Marvellous, still snow topped mountain, steep
Over the moon, to the top- the fluffy sheep
Unique mountain, standing tall
Never falling, stronger than all
To rain, no, never warm, only cold
Anything will fall against it, majestic and bold
In the sky, in the flock
Never falling, solid rock

You’re very welcome. Have you climbed Mountains in Canada then, or just seen them?
Both, but there is one in Montreal that a class mate of mine and I used to run up and back down in the summers for exercise.
I’d love to live in a Mountainous area, or climb a mount once. Mainly to see lovely landscapes and animals.
Mountains are very beautiful and to me they signify God’s creative beauty and His strength……..maybe one day you may get to live in a mountainous area……you never know..:)
Yes, you never know! And yes, Mountains are beautiful aren’t they; they are strong and beautiful.

I did it a few years ago. Unfortunately, I did it about two months before my mountains project, so it’s not very accuracy. I have another poem you might like; shining axe. It’s my fave i’ve done. If you type shining axe (or even just axe, into my search bar, I think it will come up. Or you could find it through my stories and poems category).
