Here is a drawing of the Simpsons family I drew for a drawing assignment a few days ago (“Yellow”):
I’ve been reading some Simpsons comics lately, and I was thinking that maybe I’d get a Simpsons DVD with some of my leftover birthday money (£40). I never knew there were over 30 series tho
Now, maybe the obvious thing to do would be to start with 1 and work my way through the series , but from a few reviews I’ve read, the first 5 or so series aren’t all that . I thought that maybe I’d start with Series 11 or 12?!
Which series do you advise I purchase? Which series was best in your opinion?
Here is a werewolf I drew a few days ago. I used a face-on picture of a grey wolf to help me with the face and fur, while basing the chest and armour on an Aztec Jaguar Warrior! This werewolf is another character from the story I am currently writing, and both story and werewolf I have not decided on a name for yet!
I hope you like it!

I drew these three wild cats yesterday evening. (Top Left: Lion. Bottom Left: Panther. Bottom Right: Cheetah)
(Do you like the fact that I’ve been doing these recently- I mainly do it to show you some post that I found and liked, and since I no longer have a blog for reblogs as I cancelled it, realizing it did not follow the terms and conditions- I share articles I like this way!)

Came across this earlier, on the internet- Isn’t it just awesome!
I got an ice cream maker earlier this month; A Magimix De Glacier, with a 1.1 litre freezer bowl. So far Ive made two ice creams with it. The first was made with coconut milk, and it was not as such ice cream… but a slab of ice… So this time we decided we’d make try and get a better consistency and texture, using yoghurt! Following a recipe that came in the box with my ice cream maker, we made a Raspberry and Yoghurt Ice Cream (Surely that’s a frozen yoghurt? ) . Anyway, sweet, but taut, and actually looking and tasting very ice cream like, I was pretty pleased with it Here’s the recipe:
100g Caster Sugar
3ooml Yoghurt (We used St. Helen’s Goats Yoghurt, which has a thick and creamy texture; maybe this helped with the texture of the ice cream)
We served it with chopped hazelnuts and chocolate chips. You could just as easily add these to the actual ice cream; just churn the ice cream for 10 minutes, add the chocolate chips/chopped hazelnuts, and churn for another 1o minutes.
